This 11-month program provides extensive training and professional development for individuals seeking a career in Underwriting.
Reinsurance Associate Development Program
A 24-month immersive rotational program that is designed to support the entry, onboarding, and development of early talent within Reinsurance and serve as a platform to accelerate career growth at Everest.
Information Technology Leadership Program
A dynamic two-year leadership rotational program designed to build technical competence and accelerate career growth in Technology at Everest. We recruit majors in Math, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Security, IT Risk Management, Information Assurance, or a related field.
Actuarial Student/Analyst Program
This program governs the support that Everest offers to Actuarial Students to help them obtain a Fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS). The program addresses study time, exams, and the ultimate attainment of the CAS designation.
