Appoints Paul Trueman as Head of International, Global Wholesale & Specialty and Mark Shaw as Global Head of Commercial, Global Wholesale & Specialty
HAMILTON, Bermuda – December 18, 2025 – Everest Group, Ltd. (NYSE: EG), a global underwriting leader providing world-class reinsurance and specialty insurance solutions, today announced two senior leadership appointments within its Global Wholesale & Specialty (GWS) Insurance division: Paul Trueman as Head of International, Global Wholesale & Specialty, and Mark Shaw as Global Head of Commercial, Global Wholesale & Specialty, effective immediately.

Paul Trueman will oversee Everest’s underwriting, distribution, and portfolio strategy across international markets and will lead the region’s key businesses, including Everest Global Markets (EGM), Accident & Health (A&H), and Facultative. Since joining Everest in 2022, Paul has played a pivotal role in expanding the Company’s specialty capabilities and broker partnerships across major global hubs.
Mark Shaw will lead the firm’s global commercial insurance strategy, broker engagement, and client development. Mr. Shaw’s deep industry expertise and strong broker relationships have been instrumental in enhancing the Company’s visibility and market reach. He joined Everest in 2022 and has held senior roles including UK Commercial Director and Global Account Lead.
