Anne Rocco

Anne Rocco is the Group Chief Transformation and Shared Services Officer, and Head of Global Insurance Operations at Everest.

Anne has served as the Group Chief Transformation and Shared Services Officer, and Head of Global Insurance Operations since joining the Company in April 2021 and is a member of the Executive Committee. Additionally, in late 2022 she assumed responsibilities for Global Insurance Operations. At Everest, Anne is responsible for overseeing the execution of our strategies, as well as the integration of all operational excellence, automation, and process improvement initiatives across the Group. The main objective of the transformation efforts is the efficient scalability of the organization which included connecting workflow, data, technology solutions, and organizational design to deliver timely, accurate and efficient service and execution for all stakeholders. In addition to these responsibilities, Anne is responsible for leading the Global Insurance Operations function and all group-wide Corporate Services.

A seasoned P&C industry veteran with 30 years of experience, Anne previously served as Executive Vice President and Head of International Operations and Technology for Chubb Insurance. Anne has held significant leadership roles in North America and International Commercial, Personal and Accident and Health businesses, across field operations, product management, business and service operations, and technology domains. Anne has vast experience leading global teams to reengineer processes, improve operational performance, and transform businesses in dynamic and rapidly changing environments. Anne has extensive experience delivering complex, large scale strategic and transformational global initiatives. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Business Administration degree from Montclair State University.
