We are seeking an Expense and Headcount Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing expenses and headcount data to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor expense trends, variances, and drivers to identify areas of opportunity and risk.

  • Coordinate and collect monthly expense accruals across the US Departments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Conduct regular reviews of departmental expenses and provide insights to drive cost efficiencies and improve profitability.

  • Track and analyze headcount data, including hiring, attrition, and workforce planning.

  • Participate in the recruitment workflow in coordination with HR and the Finance Executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, expense management, or related roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Planning Analytics, SmartView).

  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, budgeting processes, and financial performance metrics.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
