Connor O’Sullivan is the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Mt. Logan Capital Management, Ltd. (MLCM)
Connor joined MLCM in May 2025 to lead Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), transferring from Everest Insurance International® division of Everest Group where he was Head of FP&A for the UK and Ireland region. Connor joined Everest in January 2022 as a Senior FP&A Analyst.
Prior to Everest, Connor worked for six years at UK-based personal lines insurer, Direct Line Group, joining its graduate program and completing rotations in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Finance and Capital Management. In the last two years, he was a Finance Business Partner for the Group’s IT and Information Security functions.
Connor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Leeds, UK and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
