Yulia Bruskova

Yulia Bruskova is the Chief Analytics Officer of Mt. Logan Capital Management, Ltd. (MLCM).

Yulia joined Mt. Logan in May 2026, where she oversees portfolio construction, actuarial services, and analytical integration across property, casualty, and specialty lines.

A qualified actuary, Yulia has held senior executive roles including Group Actuary at RenaissanceRe, where she developed expertise in capital, reserving, and portfolio risk. She later served in an executive leadership role at Vantage Risk, where she was instrumental in building the company’s underwriting and capital infrastructure with a risk reward lens across multi source capacity — including traditional reinsurance and ILS — spanning property catastrophe, specialty, and casualty risk classes.

Most recently, she founded a risk advisory boutique dedicated to supporting new entrants into both the ILS and traditional re/insurance markets, advising on pricing, analytics, capital deployment, and regulatory pathways. Her career reflects a rare blend of technical excellence, commercial judgment, and strategic innovation across the full risk transfer chain.

Yulia is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, U.K. and holds a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from Heriot-Watt University, U.K
