Anthony Izzo

Anthony Izzo is Senior Vice President, Group Chief Commercial Officer.

Anthony was appointed Group Chief Commercial Officer in October 2025, overseeing commercial strategy and driving enterprise-wide growth and client relationships.

Prior to this role, he served as Chief Global Broking Officer, leading Everest’s global broker management team and key relationships across its Insurance and Reinsurance divisions. He joined Everest in 2021 to lead the Global Facultative and Hybrid Solutions business, driving global coordination and business development for the Company’s facultative offerings worldwide.

With more than three decades of industry experience both as an underwriter and broker, Anthony has held several senior leadership roles. He previously served as a Senior Vice President of Casualty Treaty at TransRe and Vice President of Casualty Facultative and Programs at General Re. He joined Everest from Guy Carpenter where he most recently served as the North American Facultative and Programs Leader. His broking experience also includes serving as Executive Managing Director and Head of North American Facultative at Aon, as well as Senior Vice President at Willis Towers Watson.

Anthony received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brooklyn College and a Master of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from Brooklyn College Graduate School. Anthony holds the CPCU, Are, and CRIS insurance designations.
