WARREN, New Jersey – July 24, 2025 – Everest, a global specialty insurance and reinsurance leader (NYSE: EG), today announced the appointment of Josh Pillion as U.S. National Distribution Manager for Everest Insurance®, reinforcing its focus on deepening broker relationships and delivering world-class service.

Based in Los Angeles and reporting to Craig Hanrahan, Head of Field Operations, North America, Mr. Pillion will lead the development and execution of Everest’s national distribution strategy, focused on engaging key brokers beyond the company’s core global partnerships and driving agility across Everest’s retail field operations throughout the country.

Mr. Pillion brings more than 26 years of industry expertise to Everest, spanning various leadership roles in underwriting and distribution. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Distribution Management at Sompo International, where he spearheaded a comprehensive global team focused on managing broker relationships and client engagement strategies. Prior, he held progressive leadership roles at Chubb and AIG.
