Contractors Pollution Liability (CPL) and Contractors Pollution,

Professional and Protective (CPPL)
- Occurrence based CPL coverages with claims-made professional coverages for operations performed for third parties
Site Pollution Liability
- Coverage for cleanup costs, bodily injury and property damage resulting from pollution on, at, or migrating from a covered location
- Coverage can include mold/legionella, transportation, non-owned disposal sites (NODS) and business interruption
Follow Form Excess
- We also consider excess over CPL, CPPL, and Site Pollution Liability policies written by other carriers
CPL and CPPL
- Minimum SIR - $10,000 (USD) for CPL coverages and $25,000 (USD) for professional coverages
- Minimum premium - $5,000 (USD) for CPL only and $7,500 (USD) for CPPL
- Policy terms
  - Up to two years for CPL practice policies and up to five years for CPL project policies (can offer OCIP/CCIP and statute of repose for completed operations)
  - Annual terms only for CPPL
Site Pollution Liability
- Minimum SIR - $10,000 (USD) (no TPA required, claims handled in house)
- Minimum premium - $5,000 (USD)
- Policy terms – Up to 5 years
Follow Form Excess
- Can offer lead excess or sit within a tower
CPL and CPPL
- Specialty trade contractors, can include residential work
- Street and road contractors
- Commercial general contractors (design/build limited to 10% of total revenues for CPPL)
- Construction managers
Site Pollution Liability
- Real estate – multi-family residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare
- Warehouses/storage facilities
- Industrial/manufacturing facilities
- Brownfields

- Limits available up to $15 million (USD) for all products
