Pamela Sinclair
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Pamela Sinclair is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Everest.
With more than 30 years of international human resources leadership experience in the financial and insurance sectors, Pamela is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support Everest’s global Talent Acquisition, Retention, Employee Development, Benefit Administration, and various other talent management initiatives across all Everest offices. In addition, she is a member of Everest’s Executive Committee and works with the senior leadership team to oversee key global initiatives.
Prior to joining Everest, Pamela was Vice President and Global Head of Human Resouces at PGIM, a global asset manager with $1.4 trillion in assets under management. There, she led global talent acquisition, compensation strategy, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Before her role at PGIM, Pamela held senior human resources roles at PGIM Real Estate and Barclays, where she managed global HR functions during major merger and acquisition activity in both London and New York.
Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in business from Greenwich University in London, graduating with honors, and Bournemouth and Poole College, where she earned a Bachelor of Technology degree.
